Our Story

We’ve loved every minute of our journey

About Us...

Northeast Early Learning Center opened its doors in September 2011. After identifying many children within the inner city of Wilmington, who were either without care, or receiving care from substandard facilities, It's founders felt there was a strong need in the area for a center that truly cared about the healthy development and well being of ALL children, regardless of their SES. Northeast ELC upon opening, realized that in order to reach some of these children, a different approach to speaking to them, must be used; a different approach to nurturing them, must be used, and that a different approach to (ensure they are) learning, must be used

Our Mission

It was with this realization that the focus for the center would be to iNspire. At Northeast ELC, it is our theory that how much a child learns, is based primarily on how much the child wants to learn. Motivation is the key to unlock all potential. At Northeast Early Learning Center...we iNspire!!!

Motivation is the key to unlock all potential
